Includes: • Alignment and activation of chakras, working through the 33 points • Past life healing to create clarity on what is affecting your current life • Connecting with your guides • Intuitive life and spiritual coaching • Mindfulness and meditation practices • Connecting with energy healing for yourself • Energy healing each session • Weekly supporting "work" such as journaling, affirmations, PDFs, workbooks and more
